Spoiler TV has a very detailed account of what’s to happen in Lost’s Fifth Season. If you’d like to check it out, follow this link. If you don’t wanna be spoiled though, just watch this deleted scene from Season 4 (uploaded by CarLost):
A scene from last Satuday’s shoot on Lost was uploaded on online. The video doesn’t really spoil anything much. Except it shows the technical aspects the amazing crew does to create the setting. Here is where some Losties are apparently caught in the middle of the storm.
The actual spoilers to what went on in this particular shoot and which characters were present, is on this Hawaii Blog.
As soon as Lost Season 4 ended, one of the first updates we’ve come to learn was that Claire’s presence was going to be missed in the fifth season,as the character was supposed to come back only for the sixth season. But that’s about to change, based on this spoiler alert from E!.
The spoiler also dishes on what we will learn during the season premiere of Lost Season 5…
Funny stuff over at this site, which I often check back on when Lost is in season for its crazy recaps! It helps make Lost seem a lighter, easy on the brain kind of a story and I tend to appreciate it more.
A sample of his crazy humor:
33. Psychic tells Claire she must be the one to raise her baby: Brangelina are disappointed they won’t be getting that Australian kid they were promised.
This is something to help us get through the Lost-less months…

TV Guide talks to Michael Emerson and Emilie De Ravin regarding Lost’s Season 5 in these videos.
It kinda feels creepy talking to Michael Emerson when you know he’s the evil genius Ben. It feels like he’s got you wrapped on his fingers.
And Emilie De Ravin is a tiny woman!
Zap2it’s Korby was the red carpet Emmy Awards night and drew some information about the upcoming season with some of the stars of Lost:
Jorge Garcia (Hurley) —
“I’ve read up to script four at this point. But script one blew my mind. It’s really, really crazy. It starts right where we left off. Hurley is right where Sayid picked him up in the mental institution. We see what happens to the island in that first episode and it’s pretty insane. I was just like, wait a minute, what was that again? I’m still just trying to wrap my head around it. There was some really cool stuff that came out
in this last episode [four]. Actually, there’s a great reveal in the third one too. Two was pretty fun, but there’s something in the fourth that’s really cool. Also, I get to wear something in episode four that I’m very excited about.”
On changes to Season 5: “It’s not as clear cut as it’s been in the past. We don’t have the moments where someone stares off into space and then we cut to something that happened in their previous life. They’ve gone in a slightly different direction as far as how they’re telling the story and they’re definitely trying to show what’s going on with more people in every given episode.”
Evangeline Lilly (Kate) —
“It’s a whole new format. And all the original characters are revolutionized, so what you’re used to watching in Kate, Jack, Sawyer, Hurley, Sayid, and even Sun who’s been steady since season one, is [out the window]. We’re all brand new people. It’s very exciting to sort of act a new character and not the same thing over and over again.”
Michael Emerson (Ben) —-
“I honestly haven’t worked that much so far [in the first four episodes]. You won’t see a lot of me early on [in the season]. I think they’re saving up something terrible for me to do here pretty soon. We’re all over the place. It’s a real ride now. You know, every season, Lost ramps it up a notch, they always add some new device, some new convention. And I think, as time goes by, the show gets a little more fragmented, a little more of a puzzle.”
Daniel Dae Kim spills the scoop on his Lost character, Jin, at the Emmy Afterparty.
Something you don’t see everyday — two stars from two different shows in one interview. And they happen to be from two different shows I like!

Did your bets win at this year’s Emmy Awards? Sadly, only one of mine did (Pushing Daisies, Best Directing). All the rest…well, I was half-expecting a 30 Rock and Mad Men victory, anyway. I couldn’t turn to a site on the internet analyzing the Emmy’s without mentioning how great these programs are. But these weren’t my bets (except, I do enjoy watching 30 Rock).
I, however, was hoping Michael Emerson goes home with that golden mantle piece. He lost it to Zeljko Ivanek of Damages, who guest starred on Lost before, as the Juliet’s husband who was ran over by the bus.
Here he is at the red carpet before the ceremony and reception…
Anyway, the complete list of winners and nominees from last nights show are after the cut…
TV Guide has reported Ghost Whisperer star Matthew Alan is appearing on two episodes of Lost.
I admit I am not familiar with his work and he must be just starting out as an actor. But, do what I did and check his profile on IMDb.
Nominated a second time for Best Supporting Actor Drama at the Emmy’s this year, I am hoping Michael Emerson goes home with the trophy because he truly is deserving. We will know if this comes true this Sunday, when the awards ceremony takes place. The broadcast will be seen on ABC.
Meanwhile, Michael Emerson’s interview with LA Times follows after the cut…
E! is reporting that former engaged couples Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan are back together.
The news story says:
After dinner for two at the romantic Italian restaurant Sotto Sotto, Evangeline and Dominic were together at the Blindness premiere but ultimately chose to walk the red carpet alone, according to an E! News eyewitness. They also left separately.
Why so shy, kids? It’s not like either one of you has six rugrats, a baby mama and half the world’s press monitoring your every move in case something inappropriate takes place.
Monaghan didn’t have any film running at the festival, so he was most likely there to support Evie. And even if they weren’t actually getting back together, it’s good to know they can still count on each other, right? Unlike couples who normally break up and treat the ex like a stranger after that, seems these two are still keeping in touch.
It should be recalled that Evie was also at Dominic’s photo-exhibit last year and at that time, they were also rumored to have gotten back together.
But my real interest lies on whether or not Charlie is ever going to appear on Lost — either as a flashback, a dream sequence or a reincarnation.
