A different take on LOST
To be honest, recapping LOST is one trying task. As it is, the story is difficult enough to get in one sitting. Having to write it down while infusing some of your thoughts? Even harder.
But I found a couple of people who make it seem easy…and FUN! If you’re looking for a different take on LOST, head over to these LiveJournal blogs and enjoy their way of re-telling our favorite series.
The first one is from ACK-ATTACK.LIVEJOURNAL.COM. Here’s a sample I took from their recap of The Constant:
So first Desmond’s on the helichopper and he’s looking at this photo and him and Penny and it’s kind of cute and whatever.

And then this guy’s like “PUT. YOUR. HANDS. ON. YOUR. HEAD.”

And Desmond’s like lol yay

And Juliet’s like mmmkay

And Jack’s like aight yo

The other site you need to check is this one:
My hats off to these Lost fans! These really are labor of love.

I gotta say…I wasn’t a huge fan of this episode. What did we really learn from those flashbacks? Ben is possessive, and Juliette is a homewrecker. The psychiatrist seemed very forced and unneccessary. Yes, we learned that Widmore is behind this all and trying to get to the island, but it has been hinted at so often that it wasn’t that big of a reveal. Ben telling Locke to “sit down” when he tells him who his man on the boat is? Please. It’s Michael. His name has been in the credits all season. The 8th episode has been confirmed to be a Michael flashback. If it’s NOT Michael on the boat, it will be a shocker.
The best part of the episode was Ben, who has developed quite a whitty sense of humor. Asking Locke about the bunny was hilarious. Then Hurley and Sawyer together playing horseshoes and seeing Ben? GREAT way to end the episode on a laugh.
Can’t wait for next week though! Isn’t that how this show always is? You get really frustrated watching, but you always can’t wait for the next episode.

It felt like a filler, no? Coming after last the two week’s outstanding episodes, the latest one sort of told me settle down and simmer down and recover from the last two stories.
