Lost Actors Negotiate for Pay Increase
As soon as word got around that two lost leads, Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly, were negotiating for a pay increase for their work on Lost with ABC, representatives of the other stars of the show also began calling the network for the same negotiations.
According to THR, as it is, Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly are both earning $150,000 each per episode while the rest of the actors are earning somewhere between $80,000 to $90,000 per episode.
Apparently, information like this with the actors negotiating for an increase, don’t get wind up in the press.
Will this cause a potential problem among the cast, in the show and with the networks?
Where money issues are concerned, trouble seems to crop up so I hope that there will be nothing of that nature on Lost.

I thought it was pretty lame for them to get paid that much more than the others already and want even more! I’m probably in the minority, but I can’t stand either one of their characters and if they got killed off I wouldn’t miss them.
Locke, Sawyer and Ben deserve as much, if not more than them in my opinion.
I hope that when they (Matthew and Evangeline) talk about their pay, they also have the decency to champion for a raise across the board, not just for themselves, because I can’t understand what makes them think they are so special.
