Lost is Part of Top 10 Time Shifted Programs

lost 3 I admit I do not understand what Time Shifted Program means because it baffles me as to which show is #1 is on the list, when I know Heroes has been experiencing slumps.

But Lost is in it, too. So, a best in anything sounds like it must be a good one:

    FYI…time-shifting refers to recording a show on TiVo or other DVR, and watching it at a later time.
