Lost Round-Up May 5th
How is Lost doing on the ratings lately? It’s been quite a disappointment. Last week’s episode posted the lowest since the season premiere earlier this year. Here’s a rundown of the ratings for Season 4 so far:
- 16.7M The Beginning of the End
- 15.06M Confirmed Dead
- 13.62M The Economist
- 13.53M Eggtown
- 12.9M The Constant
- 13.0M The Other Woman
- 11.87M Ji Yeon
- 11.28M Meet Kevin Johnson
- 12.4M The Shape of Things to Come
- 11.14M Something Nice Back Home
The dwindling may be attributed to a lot of factors, including the effects of the strike. Viewers may also prefer watching the show on DVD or DVR recordings to follow the story easily. The show’s lead-in, Grey’s Anatomy, isn’t exactly also doing better with ratings.
The EW’s Doc Jensen talks to Jeff Jensen (actually, himself) on why he thinks Lost has some connection the movie Indiana Jones.
After Ellen is wondering where the women have gone in this season’s Lost. I haven’t noticed it myself until the writer points out — “All the women on the show are now either pregnant, being a mother, or busy mooning over a man (or two).” I am in fact missing the Juliet I’ve come to know in Season 3 — the take charge Juliet who manipulates even the likes of Ben.
Oh, but the men of Lost, at least two of them, are voted Sexiest Men on Television by Stylist. Matthew Fox is Number 6, Josh Holloway is 11th out of 12 men.
