Sawyer turns kidnapper!

Well, actually Josh Holloway plays a kidnapper in a new movie scheduled for release in January 2007. Here’s the plot summary for the movie, Whisper:
When the ten-year-old son, David, (Blake Woodruff) of a wealthy New England socialite is abducted, his kidnapper Max Harper (Josh Holloway) and his seedy associates assume it will be a routine kidnapping in exchange for a large ransom. Unknown to the kidnappers, the shy and reserved David actually has a hidden agenda of his own, and a mysterious way of tapping into the minds of others. Soon, Max will wish that he had never kidnapped David, much less even heard of him.
Now, this movie I’d like to see. Holloway will probably play the perfect scary kidnapper. Though I’ve formed a soft spot for scruffy old Sawyer, I still think he can be pretty scary. I’ll have to check this movie out.

“Whisper” has most defiantly been marked down in my books as a ‘must see’ movie long since it’s mention to much of the public. It has a nice old fashioned plot line while their castings are second to none. The few things I have seen regarding this film appear very well laid out right down to the lighting and costuming choices.
I must also mention what a breath of fresh air it is to see such exceptional actors and actress’ being used in a film such as this, while keeping a blinds eye to any ‘all star’ cast. I believe they’ve made the right choice on “Whisper” to remove such high names and allow this fantastic work to be used as a stepping stone for the next generation of our prime actors.
