Who’s your daddy?

by Holli

That’s right. We found out who the father of Sun’s baby is, and if you haven’t watched last night’s episode, then stop reading now!

It’s Jin’s! And Sun couldn’t have been more happy, even though that means that the baby was conceived on the island and she’ll probably die. I’m still not sure we can trust Juliet, but I wonder if she’ll be able to save Sun or if Sun will be one of the talked-about casualties… I hope not, though. I am really liking the new Sun with a spine.

There were several other surprises, and I’ll get into those a little bit later, so check back! Any thoughts on last night’s episode?

That last line by the parachute lady made my head spin! I’m sure a lot of people are going to be screaming Purgatory again, but we all know from the podcasts that it’s not purgatory. My guess is one of two things: The man pulling the strings staged a cover-up so people wouldn’t look for any survivors so that they can continue their research on the island. Or, if the island is in some sort of different time thingy than the rest of the world, maybe time’s gone by faster outside the island and some debris and bodies have been found floating in the ocean. Either way, GREAT episode, except for all the subtitles…I wish they’d just speak English…

[...] Joshy C. mentioned (in my previous post) the parachute lady’s line: “Oceanic Flight 815? They found the plane. There were no survivors. They were all dead.” And of course, I replied just like Hurley did–”What??” So, what’s going on? Joshy gave some insight that it could be purgatory, but the producers have repeatedly shot that theory down. He also mentioned it could be the whole time warp issue coming to fruition. Any other thoughts?? I try not to theorize too much, but when they throw something like that out there, what else can we do?? [...]
